We are looking for candidates who:

• Are about to or have recently graduated, with an interest in high-tech engineering

• Have a Bachelor or Master in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Have developed a good understanding of a complete system perspective and the ability to distinguish between different competencies (HW – FW – SW)

• Have strong analytical skills and keen attention to details

• Speak and write English fluently

• Does not have a “9-to-5” mentality

• Have good interpersonal skills and are capable of working in a fast-changing environment

• Are willing to travel (Europe, Asia, USA)

• Knowledge and experience of power electronics and magnetics is an advantage

• Familiarity with the Agile (Software) Development and JIRA is an advantage

• Continually increase test code efficiency

• Mentor developers on how to write tests and testable code

• Facilitate a testing mindset during design and implementation

• Be a strong advocate of software quality

Responsibilities (what we expect from you):

• Integration testing: Black/Grey box testing, reviewing test cases

• Executing test cases, writing test reports and system testing, participates in planning of regression and system testing on request, reports defects, supports developers to identify the faults on request

• Executing test cases manually against real equipment based on feature specification

• Able to write technical documentation
