As a UX designer, you will be part of our collaborative multidisciplinary team. You will be designing, and prototyping our platform services and apps, and will need to;
- Participate in analyzing user needs and synthesize design solutions through an agile user-centered design process, and present design decisions to stakeholders
- Comfortably engage in brainstorming and constructive design feedback sessions, as well as to conduct independent research
- Plan and run working design sessions with the team to capture knowledge and insights to inform the design process.
You will need to produce:
- Wireframes, sitemaps, and user journeys to support the design process
- Low- and high-fidelity prototypes for testing with users and stakeholders
- Client-facing documentation and presentations to explain our work externally
